Trade Stall Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of a trade stall during the specified event. By applying for and utilizing a trade stall, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions as outlined by the event organizers.
1. Application Process:
- Trade stall applications must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided by the event organizers.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee the allocation of a trade stall.
2. Allocation of Trade Stall:
- Trade stall allocations are subject to availability and the discretion of the event organizers.
- Successful applicants will be notified of their allocated stall space and the terms of participation.
3. Setup and Display:
- Trade stalls must be set up within the designated area provided by the event organizers.
- Display materials and structures must adhere to safety guidelines and not pose any hazards to participants, visitors, or nearby stalls.
4. Products and Services:
- Trade stall participants are expected to accurately represent the products and services they offer.
- Products and services must be legal, safe, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- You may be requested to provide a menu or list of items you sell.
- Trade stall operators must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
- Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate may result in eviction from the event.
- Participants are responsible for any risks, losses, or damages to property or individuals resulting from their activities at the trade stall.
- The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from the use of the trade stall.
- Participants are encouraged to carry appropriate liability insurance coverage for the event.
- The event organizers may request proof of insurance coverage.
8. Clean-Up and Removal:
- Participants are responsible for keeping their trade stall area clean and tidy throughout the event.
- All materials, equipment, and waste must be removed from the stall area at the end of the event.
- The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at their discretion.
10. Termination of Participation:
- The event organizers retain the right to terminate a trade stall operator’s participation if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if activities are deemed inconsistent with the event’s nature.
- By participating in the event, trade stall operators consent to their information being used in event-related publicity materials.
- Trade stall operators agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any costs, claims, expenses, demands, charges, or liabilities arising from their participation.
- Stall fees, if applicable, must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified by the event organizers.
14. Compliance with Laws:
- Participants must comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
By using the trade stall, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event and potential restrictions on future participation. The event organizers’ decisions are final and binding.
