These terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities for utilising a charity pitch during our event. By applying for and using the charity pitch, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions set forth by the event organisers.

1. Eligibility: Charity pitches are available only to registered charitable organisations with valid legal status. Proof of charitable registration may be required.

2. Application Process:

  • Organisations interested in securing a charity pitch must complete and submit an application provided by the event organisers.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee allocation of a charity pitch.

3. Allocation of Charity Pitch:

  • Allocation of charity pitches is subject to availability and event organiser’s discretion.
  • Successful applicants will be notified of their allocated pitch and terms of participation via email.

4. Purpose of Charity Pitch:

  • The charity pitch is intended for registered charitable activities only.
  • Any activities inconsistent with the charitable nature of the organisation are strictly prohibited.

5. Compliance with Laws:

  • Charitable organisations must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in their activities at the event.

6. Setup and Display:

  • Charity pitches must be set up in designated areas as specified by the event organisers.
  • Display materials should be in good condition and should not pose any safety risks.

7. Conduct:

  • Charitable organisations and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

8. Liability:

  • Charitable organisations assume full responsibility for any risks, loss, or damage to property and personnel during their participation.
  • The event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from the use of the charity pitch.

9. Insurance:

  • Charitable organisations are encouraged to have appropriate liability insurance coverage for the event.
  • The event organisers may request proof of insurance coverage.

10. Termination of Participation:

  • The event organisers reserve the right to terminate a charity’s participation if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if activities are deemed inconsistent with the event’s nature.

11. Clean-Up and Removal:

  • Charitable organisations are responsible for keeping their allocated pitch clean and tidy.
  • All materials and equipment brought to the pitch must be removed at the end of the event.

12. Amendments:

  • The event organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at their discretion.

13. Publicity:

  • Charitable organisations may be featured in event publicity materials. Consent for such use of their information is assumed upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By using the charity pitch, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in eviction from the event and possible restrictions in future events. The event organisers’ decisions are final and binding.
