These terms and conditions govern the operation of food vendors during the specified event. By applying for and operating as a food vendor, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by the event organizers.

1. Application Process:

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee the allocation of a food vendor space.

2. Allocation of Food Vendor Space:

  • Allocation of food vendor spaces is subject to availability and the discretion of the event organizers.

3. Menu and Food Safety:

  • Food vendors are responsible for providing a safe and hygienic food service.
  • The menu must adhere to relevant food safety regulations and meet the event’s guidelines.

4. Setup and Hygiene:

  • Food vendors must set up their stalls within the designated area provided by the event organizers.
  • All food preparation, handling, and serving must meet established hygiene and safety standards.

5. Compliance with Regulations:

  • Food vendors must comply with all local, regional, and national health and safety regulations related to food preparation, handling, and service.

6. Conduct:

  • Food vendors and their staff must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate will not be tolerated.

7. Liability:

  • Food vendors assume full responsibility for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from their stall activities.
  • The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from the operation of the food vendor.

8. Insurance:

  • Food vendors are required to carry liability insurance coverage and provide proof of insurance upon request by the event organizers.

9. Clean-Up and Waste Disposal:

  • Food vendors must maintain a clean and tidy stall area throughout the event.
  • All waste generated must be properly disposed of in accordance with event guidelines.

10. Amendments:

  • The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed.

11. Termination of Participation:

  • The event organizers retain the right to terminate a food vendor’s participation due to a breach of these terms or any activities that do not align with the event’s nature.

12. Publicity:

  • By participating in the event, food vendors grant permission for their information to be used in event-related promotional materials.

13. Indemnification:

  • Food vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any costs, claims, expenses, demands, charges, or liabilities arising from their participation.

14. Payment:

  • Stall fees, if applicable, must be paid as per the payment terms specified by the event organizers.

15. Compliance with Laws:

  • Food vendors must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety, health, and business licensing.

By operating as a food vendor, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with these terms may result in eviction from the event and potential restrictions on future participation. The event organizers’ decisions are considered final and binding.
