Chairman & director
I started up the new C.I.C back in August 2022 after realising nobody was going to revive Weymouth Carnival. I gathered knowledge and information from previous carnivals’ to help boost what could be improved in this new business and help revive everybody’s favourite event.

I help identify and make recommendations to minimise any workplace hazards that the members or contractors might face while performing their jobs. I also help create assessments for events and liaise with S.A.G meetings.

As the volunteer manager, I help by interviewing members who would like to join us and co-ordinate with other carnival groups.

As the Procession Manager for the Weymouth Carnival, my role is critical in ensuring that the procession runs smoothly and becomes a memorable event for everyone involved. From the initial planning stages to the moment the procession kicks off, I am fully engaged in various aspects of its organisation.
