- Submission of an application does not guarantee the allocation of a craft stall.
2. Allocation of Craft Stall:
- Craft stall allocations are subject to availability and the discretion of the event organizers.
- Successful applicants will receive notification regarding their assigned stall space and participation terms.
3. Crafted Products:
- Craft stall participants are responsible for offering high-quality, handcrafted products that align with the theme of the event.
- All products must be original and free from any trademark or copyright violations.
4. Setup and Presentation:
- Craft stalls must be set up within the designated area provided by the event organizers.
- Display materials must adhere to safety guidelines and not pose any risks to visitors, participants, or nearby stalls.
5. Conduct:
- Craft stall operators are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor.
- Behavior that disrupts the event or is deemed inappropriate may result in eviction from the premises.
6. Liability:
- Participants assume responsibility for any losses, damages, or injuries caused by their stall activities.
- The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from the use of the craft stall.
7. Insurance:
- Participants are encouraged to have appropriate liability insurance coverage for the event.
- Proof of insurance coverage may be requested by the event organizers.
8. Clean-Up and Removal:
- Craft stall operators must keep their area clean and tidy throughout the event.
- All materials, equipment, and waste must be cleared from the stall area at the conclusion of the event.
9. Amendments:
- The event organizers reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions as necessary.
10. Termination of Participation:
- The event organizers retain the right to terminate a craft stall operator’s participation due to a breach of these terms or activities inconsistent with the event’s nature.
11. Publicity:
- By participating in the event, craft stall operators consent to their information being used in event-related publicity materials.
12. Indemnification:
- Craft stall operators agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any costs, claims, expenses, demands, charges, or liabilities arising from their participation.
13. Payment:
- Stall fees, if applicable, must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified by the event organizers.
14. Compliance with Laws:
- Participants must adhere to all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
